You can cancel your order within 30 days without reason.

Cancellation must occur within 30 days from receipt of goods or when a third party takes possession.

To cancel, inform us with a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

Conditions for returns:

Goods must be eligible for return if:

• In original packaging

Non-returnable goods include:

• Personalized items

• Goods that deteriorate quickly

• Hygienic items that are unsealed

• Inseparably mixed goods

We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions.

We cannot be held liable for goods damaged or lost in transit. Use an insured, trackable service. Refunds require proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the gift giver.
